Smart Auto Trax Program Options
Smart Auto Trax offers three different program options.
Option 1:
- The program identifies all customers once they drive through the service bay door.
Option 2:
- The program identifies all customers once they drive through the service bay door and the sales associate of the customer receives an email or text message of the customers’ arrival.
Option 3:
- The program identifies all customers once they drive through the service bay door, the sales associate of the customer receives an email or text message of the customers’ arrival and the service manager receives an email or text message which provides the customers name, vehicle make, model, color and mileage of the vehicle to provide a warranty sale opportunity.
